تأسست شركة الزامل للاستثمار الصناعي (الزامل للصناعة) في عام 1998 ويقع مقرها الرئيسي في الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وهي مجموعة صناعية وإنتاجية رائدة تقوم بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة وأنظمة وخدمات هندسية متكاملة لتلبية متطلبات صناعة الإنشاءات العالمية. تشمل منتجات وحلول الشركة المباني الحديدية سابقة الهندسة، والهياكل الإنشائية الفولاذية، وأجهزة تكييف الهواء وأنظمة التحكم البيئي المصممة للتطبيقات التجارية والصناعية والسكنية المختلفة، وأبراج نقل الطاقة والاتصالات، ومنتجات المباني الخرسانية الجاهزة، والمواد العازلة من الفيبرجلاس والصوف الصخري ومنتجات العوازل الصناعية البلاستيكية الرغوية، ومشاريع الطاقة الشمسية. بالإضافة إلى خدمات التركيب والدعم العالية الجودة.
يعمل في الزامل للصناعة أكثر من 10,000 موظف في 55 دولة، وتبلغ صادراتها حوالي 30% من إجمالي المبيعات السنوية إلى خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. وتقوم الشركة ببيع منتجاتها في أكثر من 90 سوق عالمية، وتملك مرافق تصنيعية في كل من المملكة العربية السعودية، والإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومصر، والهند، وفيتنام، وإيطاليا. في السنة المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2013، بلغ إجمالي إيرادات الشركة 5,4 مليارات ريال سعودي (1,44 مليار دولار أمريكي)، كما بلغت أرباحها الصافية بعد احتساب مخصصات الزكاة 235,4 مليون ريال سعودي (62,8 مليون دولار أمريكي)، بزيادة قدرها 16,8% عن العام 2012. وقد بلغت ربحية السهم الواحد 3,92 ريال (1,1 دولار أمريكي). من جهة أخرى ارتفعت حقوق المساهمين بنسبة 10,1% لتصل إلى 1,8 مليار ريال سعودي (501 مليون دولار أمريكي). يتم تداول أسهم الزامل للصناعة في سوق الأسهم السعودية منذ مطلع عام 2002.

Stockholders’ Equity has grown by 6.1% to SAR 1,9 billion (USD 532.7 million) in 2014.
